I made an appointment for brow mapping and tinting. I've never had this done before but specifically chose a place that had this option. Went in for m...y appointment. (I assumed, since you have to select what you want when you make the appointment, that they would know what each client would be having done. I WAS WRONG!) Was greeted, directed to a chair, and the lady, I believe was Megan, started threading my eyebrows. Since I'd never had brow mapping done before I wasn't sure if this was part of what was supposed to happen or not. She plucked a few more out. And that was that. I had to ask her to tint them. By this time, I realized she had no idea what my appointment was for and obviously, I'd figured out this was not how mapping was supposed to go. To say I was disappointed was an understatement. She did an ok job, I had to go home and even them out, they looked like cousins, and I had to make them more like sisters. If you book here, definitely speak up when you go in for what you booked. Hi Jody. Sorry for your experience. I was unaware from your visit that you were unhappy. I would have fixed any mistake in your Brows or not charged you if you were unhappy. I apologize for not looking at your appointment service before sitting you in the chair I usually ask the client when they are in the chair which service they are getting just in case they have any questions beforehand.
Meg is the only one I trust with my eyebrows/henna and my lip thank you for being so amazing ♥️

I wanted to cry when I saw I left eyebrow. I don’t write reviews. This is my very first one. I have been coming here to do my eyebrows for the past 6 ...months. Meghan does an amazing job every time! However, there was a new lady on Saturday and I thought “maybe she’s good too”. I don’t trust absolutely anyone with my eyebrows for this very reason. I understand some people are beginners and that’s okay but I think you should let the costumer know so they can decide if they want the service provided by them or not. On top of that, paying $25 for a service I still have to come home to and fix is crazy :( Show more

When signing in the sign in sheet you are asked who you would like to see you can choose any Brow Artist. I am quite disappointed in the staff and owner. I received services a few times in the past without a problem then recently I called to schedule but I... had a question on the price as it was several hundred more than my last treatment. So, I requested to ask the owner, Meghan and was told she was busy. So I called again the next day same story. And again. And no one was particularly nice about it each time. Finally someone said they would take my number and she would call me. Never called. Clearly they do not care about repeat customers or any questions you might have. Show more

I've Been going to Meghan for my eyebrows for 10 years now, and she has literally redefined my brows. I've waxed them, shaved them, plucked them you n...ame it. But nothing has come close to the threading services she's provided me. I recently moved to Virginia and my brows were chopped an screwed 🥴🥴. I began doing my research on micro blading/ micro shading and powder brows. I consulted with Meghan and she was extremely professional as usual.
