Had a lash lift and tint done with Aliya. As polite as they were, the tech destroyed my lashes. They were over curled and over processed, and some sol...ution was poured on my eye the left it burning. I called about the lashes and they had me go back in, the same tech did some kind of tint again for a temporary 1 hour fix but they didn’t offer a refund which they should have considering the damage. I've lost a bunch of my lashes, theyre extremely dried out, and over two weeks later I'm still waking up with my lashes curled so much that theyre plastered against my eyelids. Everyday I have to brush them down with oil several times a day just for them to look somewhat normal and they never stay that way. I regret having come here and will have to wait months for my lashes to grow back and go back to normal. Very disappointed and frustrated. Show more

Hi kelly, im sorry for your experience, i remember you coming in for your lash lift & yes they were curled alittle too extra for your liking. we tried our best to uncurl your lashes but unfortunately since your lashes were alittle smaller they appeared alittle more dramatic then the norm. we did our best to help you & as far as a refund you didnt mention a refund you were happy with the fix we did when you came back. Come by the salon and i will be happy to give you your money back.

I have been with Meghan since she opened the shop. She is great with shaping, so nice and the location is well kept with a good vibe. I moved to Coral... Springs but still make my way there to get my brows done. She has someone who also works with her, Aliya. I was helped by her once and she did a good job.
