Booked twists (small-medium) on 7/5 ā€” paid $30 deposit, $480.52 for the human hair, and $300 for the install, so over $800 total. Really disappointed ...with how it held up. Itā€™s now the 10th, only 5 days later, and the twists are already unraveling, with the front hairline basically undone. Iā€™ve had to sit down with a needle and thread trying to braid pieces back in myself just to keep it together. My hair is fine, especially at the front, and a stylist working with fine hair should recognize that and adjust ā€” either size the boxes up to compensate, or be upfront that fine hair isnā€™t something theyā€™re equipped to work with. Not doing either of those makes it seem less like a mistake and more like sheā€™s used to thicker hair and didnā€™t know or care how to adjust her technique for mine. For over $800, I expected someone who actually knows how to work with different hair textures, not to be doing repair work five days later. Would not book again
