Client asked for a refund once in the chair bc she was unsure if I’d be done in time for her to go out of town. I gave her, her refund and blocked her from future bookings! Well, this new booking site allowed her to book. Once I recognized her as being that client, I refunded her again and refused services! My time is valuable too! Thanks in advance!
