I’m so happy and pleased. This was my first time getting a sew in and she educated me every step of the way. When I came to the appointment my hair ha...d some dandruff and instead of just braiding down my hair she offered a wash to ensure I had a good experience with my sew- in. Sabine was very welcoming and her studio was very clean and nice. Overall a 10/10 experience for me. Show more

Hi Agiana, thank you for your feedback. I do want to provide clarity for anyone reading. On the day of your appointment, you arrived about 30 minutes late and brought in four bundles of store-bought curly hair that had been previously dyed and were extremely tangled. This required over an hour of detangling before we could begin the actual service. There was also leftover color in your hair that I addressed at your request. What is typically a 4-hour service extended to about 6.5 hours due to these additional needs, which is why the price reflected the extra time and work. I always strive to be upfront and fair with my pricing, and I appreciate the opportunity to explain that here. 🤍

Sabine did such an amazing job on my hair. Her work does not start only when you sit in her chair. From the moment i booked she worked with me to choo...se a style, length and the hair itself. I am someone who can never get my hair to look right AFTER i leave the salon, however she made sure to layer and style my hair in a way that requires minimal effort on my part to still look good at home. You can also tell she not only cares about the style shes doing she also wants to make sure your actual hair remains healthy and is protected during that style. This is evident as she does not give blind recommendations she makes sure to explain the reasoning behind it. I love my hair, 10/10 recommend Hairess Studios. Show more
