Hey Zach I apologize you were unsatisfied with the cut. I always make sure to check in with every client at the end of their cut to confirm they’re happy with the result and if there’s anything more they’d like adjusted. My goal is always to make sure every client leaves feeling satisfied and confident. For your particular cut, I did my best to keep the curls intact with your burst fade and preserve your natural shape, but you preferred to cut the curls off. Just a quick PSA — with curly hair, once it’s styled, it naturally shrinks up, which can make it look shorter than expected. For your next visit (whether with me or another stylist), I’d recommend keeping a little extra length to maintain that curl definition and volume.
