Booked Kyle for my haircut twice. Same cut both times. First time was amazing. Second appointment, he showed up 15 mins late and took over an hour to ...do a burst fade. No beard or additional services. He started complaining that my “burst fade” was not a basic cut and that I would need to book a premium cut next time (which costs more). He kept repeating the phase” nothing about this cut is basic” through the entirety of my appointment. At the end he ends up charging me for a premium haircut, even though I booked a basic $40 cut. I have no issues paying someone what they’re worth. But blaming the customer you’re taking too long because you’re slow and you showed up late is VERY unprofessional. I’ve had a variety of different styles even with designs and no one has taken that long. Very disappointed. Show more
