Not that great of customer service. I think Melanee was ready to start her Saturday evening plans. I tried to show her an example of the color I wante...d in my hair and she immediately responded with a bit of attitude saying “she don’t do all of that”, referring to the braid style. She already knew I was there for a color treatment, not braids. I was just showing her the picture for color reference. Again, maybe in a rush to get to her weekend plans, because she did not color my hair. She passed me off to someone else in her shop. Thank God! Response to owner reply: It’s called constructive feedback , accept it, and move on. This is not an attack on you. Reviews are an option for a reason. Maybe there’s some type of disorder here that’s going on, because your reply is very mendacious and somewhat concerning. Yes, I booked a full color treatment and that’s exactly what the stylist that you passed me off to serviced, even though that’s one of your service offered, hence the initial booking with you. She did not do a color correction, in which you’re saying I needed. I made sure to specifically ask the wonderful stylist was she giving me a color correction or full color, and she said she was servicing a full color, which is what I originally booked with you. Noting that I was bad mouthing and condescending towards my previous stylist is another lie. I simply stated that she did not know what she was doing when it came to coloring hair. I never gave you her name nor did I provide the name of her salon. Simply put, I was just informing you the reason of giving you an opportunity for my business. The only person with negative energy was you. Please ask your stylist about my so called negative energy and then come back and post a truthful response. The professional stylist, unlike you, had a beautiful conversation filled with great energy between the two of us. I’m sure she’s the reason for your 5 star reviews because it can’t be you. I suggest to take some time, do some self reflection, and improve upon yourself, respectfully. We all have bad days. Yesterday was yours.. Thanks for reading! Show more

Nobody will ever leave here saying they received a service from somebody that didn't know what they were doing... I redirected you to the lady that specializes in what you wanted and you interpreted that as me not wanting to do your hair...You left the salon happy with your hair because I directed you to who specializes in what you needed... but bashing me was more important to you than the fact that we can be trusted... you won't sit in a chair for somebody to practice on you in here....clients never have to worry about anybody playing in their hair.... 🙏Blessings <3 you came in with a condescending tone about the last stylist you went to... saying you don't think she knew what she was doing... that would never happen here….
