I understand your concerns and I apologize that your experience did not meet your expectations. I have refunded your deposit as there was a misunderstanding on expectations vs. my schedule that caused the issue. Please understand that in addition to your tattoo appointment/design, there are other clients who have scheduled prior to you whose tattoo designs take priority. This is why most tattoo artists would not have a design available immediately after consultation because they are working in order of request received.
