She was friendly and did a good job washing my hair. I got a retwist with barrel braids. She did the barrel braids, but didn’t braid them all of the w...ay down to the end. And later told me that people style hair in different ways and I should have let her know that I wanted it braided down to the end. 5 days later one of my braids came out. I messaged her and asked her how much she charged to fix it and she said that it would be free. I then never heard back from her to get it completed. By the way, I sleep with my hair tied up well and it still came undone. Show more
