I had a great experience!!! The atmosphere was relaxed, welcoming, and never rushed. He has a calm and friendly personality that makes you feel comfor...table right away. On top of that, his attention to detail and skill with the cut were excellent. It’s rare to find a barber who balances professionalism with such an easygoing vibe, but he does it perfectly. I left not only with a fresh cut, but also feeling like I’d just caught up with an old friend. Highly recommend! Show more

The customer service can use work. I booked 11am appointment I was on time, walked in 10:58am, he already had another person in the chair looking very... much in the beginning stages of working on their cut. It was 11:28am by the he was done with that persons cut. No acknowledgment that he was sorry this person cut ran into my appointment. After 30 mins late, he wasn’t locked in to my cut, he was half concentrating between my cut and watching BMF, actually taking few minutes here and there just to stop and watch the show. After the cut was finished he still expected full price. No offering any discount due to lateness. Mind you this was my very first cut with him. The hair cut came out nice. The Customer Service is how he lost me as a continuous customer. Note to Barber - Please don’t treat your customers and their cut like a daily routine, possibly being the length of time your have been at your craft. There are customers that care about customer service more than how the cut turn out being that it is very competitive out here, blessings. Show more

had u spoke up in person like a normal human being who is "dissatisfied” with any service of any kind u wouldn’t of been charged a Penny but u sat there acted like it was all cool paid left hopped online and acted like it was a disaster if u wanted a discount ... just say that 🫡 for someone booking with the name “neva laccn” is why you were declined booking the first time . BLESSINGS to You, as it is not competition out here with Me whatsoever .
