Terrible service, if you’re not there and or running late, why are you accepting appointments… I made a appointment for 1:30 showed up and waited more... then half an hour before I left, absolutely ridiculous, if you’re running late I advise you let your clients know… & that’s how you lose future customers. Bro I never accepted your appointment, there is a button we stylist/barbers that say "I'm ready" which means to confirm. I never confirmed it bro,l, you just showed up 20 mins after booking an appointment,,..come on smh
