A $20 and up late fee will be applied if you are 15 minutes or more late. • If additional hair length is needed, it must be added at the time of booking to allow enough time for your service. If not added, it will be added to your appointment if time permits. • Please arrive with your hair detangled, unbraided, and ready to be washed. If Detangled service not booked in advance will be added to your appointment. I know this may seem like a lot, but these guidelines help me provide you with the best experience without feeling rushed. I truly look forward to meeting you!
