Man, I didn't want to give a poor review but unfortunately I have too. 1st of Flex did everything good but the beard. Hot towel, beard cream, comb out..., but didn't take the time to do as I asked. No blowout no trim and the shape up itself was really mediocre. Left side higher and sharper than right side. Flex knew I booked and the price was 10.50 and went ahead and snaked 25 dollars for literally wetting my beard 🤦🏾 Show more
