If you’re feeling stuck in a rut with your workout routine I highly suggest you try a few classes just let her know what you want to see results on. From making sure your breath work and form are correct to being mindful of any injuries..., sessions with her are truly a tailored Pilates experience. Everything is so wonderful and the many years of experience shines through down to the small details. Amanda even sets the studio lights to your favorite color!
