My experience with Chosen was a 2 part visit, first let me start by saying Janelle asked questions about my locs, the products I use at home, and the ...health if my scalp. After she retwisted my hair with the comb, and palm technique she noticed my curls were a little ragged, and clipped them. A few days later I noticed my hair had some product buildup that was horrible, i took pictures, and notified her, she had me comeback at my convenience, and redid my hair using a different product. It looks, and feels amazing!!! Kudos for an all around great job!!! P.S. she also made a note to rmind her of the product to use moving forward. Show more
