What I like most about Vanoy is he pushes me to work hard and is dedicated to helping me achieve my weight loss goals. He corrects my form and shows me many routines I am not familiar with. On my first free session we worked on goals, body measurements and caloric intake for my plan. He even provided me with a master food list to use with food journaling!
