I have had Isaac cut my hair for years now, and he’s done an excellent job every time. But now, Bedolla's has been able to take customer service to th...e next level by allowing Booksy to make haircut appointments easy. The only negative, I thought, was that Isaac was getting more popular with people to get haircuts, and it would make getting my hair cut more difficult because of it. Guess what? It's the opposite of what I thought; now I could schedule time whenever "I" am able to make it in based on their scheduled appointments. I'm wondering what's next for this business to make customers happier. I don't know what that is, but I know it will be with great customer service in mind. Thanks for what you do and how you do it!
