Good afternoon, I’m sorry you are disappointed in your service. I did have to reach out to you 10 minutes past your appointment time to see if you were even coming to your appointment. You did not communicate with me. I was willing to wait an extra 10-15 minutes for you. When I asked what your estimated time of arrival was, you said you would arrive in another 30 minutes. This would’ve put you 45-50 minutes past your original appointment time. This isn’t fair to my other clients who were on time for their appointments. In the future please reach out to me if you are running late to see if I can possibly make an adjustments to my schedule to fit you in.
