Jose does a great job but if i have to pay extra for an appt i would expect that my hair cut starts exactly on time.

In a perfect world all my appts would show up on time or earlier but I believe my appt before you got caught in traffic which pushed me behind like 7-8 mins.I apologize. You can always just do a walk-in to avoid paying that extra fee as well. Thank you
