I left a review before because the day of my sons birthday last year 2022 Eric didn’t cancel my appointment nor did he let me know he wasnt gone be in... the shop‼️I showed up to a locked building & proceeded to get cursed out for calling his phone trying to see what was the problem & why wasnt he there & we were headed out of town within the next hour. I know things happen so i was able to find someone else to cut his hair last min… Eric & I eventually cane to an understanding & he made up for the little incident… NOW here 2023 & its my sons birthday again & his appointment was cancelled. I simply asked for a other booking date because his schedule allowed me to book the day of Thanksgiving which I know barely no one is working that day.. instead of giving me another date & time I feel I was just disrespected… They say support black businesses but black businesses don’t even support those who support them. Ive been coming to Eric since my son was 1 hes about to be 5 now. Eric is all he knows and I expected more out of you Eric. Im not sure if I’ve made you too comfortable or what but im a customer before anything….. DO BETTER ERIC Show more
