Hello, I just wanted to clarify few things this client has booked with me multiple times before and was satisfied with previous cuts and just to be clear my tools are fully sanitized before every client, and the client had visible breakouts prior to the appointment. (Based on the timing and nature of the reaction, it’s unlikely to have resulted from the haircut itself, as such breakouts/red patches typically develop over time.) The photos don’t accurately show the final cut. I appreciate you leaving a comment!
