You’ve never even waited when you showed up normally which would be five previous appointments; that should let you know that this is not the norm. The way of people today is sad. As soon as one mistake happens you are quick to review, but never left any positive feedback on all the wonderful service you did receive! Unfortunately at times I can’t gage that a client has scheduled without enough time for the service they require. I would have done the same for you. Peace and blessings all the same.
