Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! Let me tell you. When K was washing my hair she dimmed the lights and had relaxing music playing in the background. And she... scribed my scalp thoroughly yet gently. She made sure I was comfortable, she was kind and approachable and she made sure my hair was nice and healthy after we did a thorough trim.
