I been living here for 2 years and never found nobody to do my box braids the I wanted them to. My appointment was at 7am and I was dipped and out the... chair by 10:15 where most places take 6 or 7 hours to do my hair it only took them 3 hours and 15 minutes….. This place is amazing me an my sister got our hair done today an the stylistes they were so nice an caring I will definitely be coming back they made ...sure I was good an once my stylist saw that I was falling asleep she put the head rest back an let me lay my head down a bit while she finished braids the back of my hair the made sure we had water if we were Thirsty they were all so so a amazing I highly recommend them our hair styles came out so good we didn’t get done till like 7:30 at night but they made sure we got in our Uber safe an sound love them sm will definitely be back Show more
I learned about the shop from a coworker so I called, and was able to get an appointment the next day. I visited the shop over the weekend and was ple...ase with the level of service I received. My appointment was at 8:00 am and the stylist was respectful of my time, no waiting around! The time it took to do my hair was what I expected. The atmosphere was professional yet I felt welcome. The Service is Great. The staff always asking if you’re okay, do you need water, and make sure you are comfortable. They all are super nice, friendly,... and welcoming. If I could give this place a zero for my hair I would..first Binta had 2 ladies twisting my hair..I went in for kinky twist.. I've been getting my hai...r twisted for years with natural kinky hair..I told the ladies to put bigger parts in the back and the front smaller parts. Because my hair is thin on the top and with smaller it makes it look fuller.. they made all the parts small.. and the twist pencil thin. Binta had them take it down... and do bigger twist..I don't know what type of hair she uses.. but that hair is so heavy it looks old and itched so bad. They put enough hair in my head that can do three heads of hair.I had to take it out..I asked for a partial refund but of course she wouldn't. 200 down the drain.. PLEASE BEFORE SHE GET STARTED ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE HAIR...AND DO NOT LET THOSE 2 LADIES DO YOUR HAIR. I'M ASSUMING THEY'RE TRAINING. OR SIMPLY GO TO ANOTHER SHOP! GIGI HAIR BRAIDING IN SCHAUMBURG .. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Show more
