After years of acrylics, my natural nails were damaged, but Jossy took the time and care to focus on the health of my nail...s while giving me a beautiful Russian manicure with Gel X. My nails look so elegant, clean, and neat. I also really appreciated the atmosphere of the salon. The decor was beautiful, and the thoughtful touches — like the refreshments and loyalty card — showed me that Jossy truly takes pride in her business, her craft, and her clients’ experience. The environment was calm and peaceful, with the tv playing quietly in the background, which made the appointment feel relaxing instead of rushed or chaotic. There’s a lost art to customer service in the beauty industry, and Jossy’s salon brought that feeling back. On top of her talent, Jossy has such a kind and sweet demeanor. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and the quality of her work. Highly recommend!

Estoy completamente enamorada de cómo quedaron mis uñas—Jossy hizo realidad exactamente lo que quería y lo dejó aún mejor de lo que imaginaba. Cada de...talle está súper limpio, preciso y creativo, desde los tonos rositas hasta los diseños y efectos en 3D. Se nota que realmente le importa su trabajo porque todo se ve perfecto y de alta calidad. Me hice un set deluxe junto con un pedicure, y toda la experiencia fue increíble—muy relajante, profesional y vale totalmente la pena. Si buscan a alguien que realmente pueda hacer realidad sus ideas y dejarlas sintiéndose seguras y felices con sus uñas, definitivamente tienen que agendar con Jossy 💅✨
