Time is important to myself and my clients, if you are to be late there is a 5 min grace period, anything after that makes it hard to “fit in” with a busy schedule. Please do your best to make it at your scheduled time. We understand things happen, we can reschedule, we can’t inconvenience the next person due to your tardiness
