After coming to this place for about a year, I unfortunately had to switch to a different barber because Josh (my usual barber) was no longer availabl...e. I scheduled a 2 o'clock appointment with "JP" and when I arrived another barber greeted and confirmed my appointment. After waiting for 20 minutes, I got up and left. But not once was I acknowledged or was met with any kind of consumer service for my wait from JP despite having a scheduled appointment. Show more
