They said my car was so bad that it couldn’t look brand new but they’d do the best they could. I don’t see one spot that doesn’t look brand new. It’s... almost magic

Called me and said the car was ready and after i got there, they said they had made a mistake and said it would be 30 more min. Over an hour later the...re was no update and they still weren’t done and didn’t try to apologize for anything. Didn’t even do a good job - crumbs still in the middle console and stains still on the some of the trunk carpet. Do not recommend and will not be going back

Booksy let me book an appointment for 5:45pm and took Payment but they were already closed when I arrived at 5:30. I was not able to get refunded, and... have to pay a cancellation fee of $62. I just want my money back or the services I already paid for.
