Beard Shaping

Salvatore did a great job you can see his experience. It was my first time there, there was a slight hiccup with the booking system but i believe it w...as remedied. There was no receptionist when I arrived and Salvatore approached to help me and i was ready and no one said anything when i arrived for a minute or so, So having chose anyone when i booked i accepted his help when he offered. It seemed to have been an issue so it might be something that needs to be looked at in the booking opportunities on the online booking so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Only stating this because for some reason they said i asked for Ricky and it automatically put him and there's no way i could've asked for him as I've never been there to know that there's even a Ricky there. I'm sure they both do excellent work i just wouldn't want to create animosity between them because of simple booking issues they both seem to be very good at what they do. Show more
