Barber Frankie is unprofessional and arrogant. Feels as if he can create his own policies and apply them at his own leisure. If you're going to try to... charge someone for a missed apt inform the customer on the booksy app instead of saying something smart when they walk in. Hope you got your confidence boost of the day. Update- I am a first time customer , I apologized to buddy about what happened and he was still arrogant, it's hilarious that you believe business is ran like that. I had an family medical emergency this morning and couldn't make it , I've never been somewhere that punishes their customer especially a first time customer. If I wanted treatment like that I'd let my mom cut my hair and keep the 40$. Show more
