I have asked for a silk press and terrible job was done. My hair looks awful it looks like I had it blow dried at home. I don’t recommend this place ....

Essence of Hair
Im sorry to hear that your experience was not great. However as I explained to you silk presses can only look as silky as the hair allows. Your hair hadn’t been trimmed in over a year and had a lot of buildup from slick-back styles, which is why it didn’t lay smooth. The results you got reflect the condition of your hair, not the service. With regular trims and the right products, you’d see a completely different outcome
