Mr. Victor is Excellent at his Business (trade). He is not heavy handed at all. Which these days is hard to find, especially when cutting young childr...en’s hair. My Fiancé and I also receive hair cuts from Mr. Victor. He is very precise and skilled in all aspects of being a Barber. We do not go anywhere else.
