10 year old training with In The Core for 1 year. He had to do this to play tackle football and his ability with footwork, quick learning, responsiven...ess to athletic situations really shows. He wants to continue. I support him continuing. The challenges and successes, the spaciousness of Ryan and Aaron, the intricacies of the program design from week to week... it makes for a big win for hm. And then for me, the adult program early in the morning: I began 10 months ago after being told to limit activity to preserve a highly arthritic ankle and minimize pain for as long as possible. I did the opposite because I watched my son and felt the desire to do what he was doing. What a difference the 10 months have made for me. I have more mobility, balance, responsiveness and somatic health than at almost any time in my adult timeline of the past 45 years. I am beyond pleased, impressed with the diversity of activity and challenge each morning brings. Ankle pain is minimal, I have better balance and mobility in the ankle than I had 10 years ago, and I can say the same about eery part of my body... I am even doing hand to hand swings on monkey bars which I haven't done in over 20 years. I would love to see more adults doing this. I know now what I didn't know I was missing over the years. What a difference it makes! Show more
