Cool vibe. Didn’t mind the dogs but wondering if other customers & the health department would. If you’re looking for relaxing, this isn’t the place. ...A lot going on with music, family of one of the techs just hanging out/kissing/holding hands, dogs running around with kids of staff & customers, everyone disappearing when lunch was delivered despite one in our group already waiting 90 minutes for service. Staff could use customer service training to learn what is appropriate to talk to each other about in front of customers. Techs and manager talked to each other so you’d overhear what they wanted to communicate rather than direct communication with customer upset about long wait. Passive aggressive. Nails were done as requested and look nice although it did take a while.

Thank you for your feedback. I will address this with everyone and am sorry for the wait. As for the dog she is registered to the salon. But I understand the concern as it’s not the typical salon. I hope you will come in and let us rectify this
