As a returning customer and regular at this barbershop, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I arrived on time for my appointment but wa...s left waiting without a greeting. To make matters worse, another customer who came in after me was prioritized. When I asked about the situation, my usual barber casually said, “No problem, I’m just edging this dude up,” with no further explanation. This felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering my loyalty to the shop. I expected much better service and won’t be coming back. Show more
