I think as a person she is nice. But as a stylist, she is lacking. I got an updo crochet style, but when I took my hair down to let it breathe, my hai...r was not all the way braided. I don't like giving bad reviews I try and work things out first. I contacted her by text to try another style, which I would have paid additional money, and just let the first go. But due to bad customer service response, I just can't mo matter how nice a person is. Show more
