This was our first time here and I was looking forward to as it was highly recommended by a friend of ours. I’ve seen the cuts her boys have and love ...them. I brought my son in and showed a picture of what I wanted. What we got is far from what was asked. I continued to show the picture and ask for more length cut off and he tried saying it wouldn’t look right. Not sure if he didn’t hear me over the loud music or what the issue was but after multiple times of showing the photo and repeating myself, I hit my frustration level and we left. We got home only to see the huge gap now in the back of my son’s hair and his bangs are not even.Already scheduled an appt elsewhere today to fix the issues. Only gave 2 stars because the guy cutting in the chair next to ours gave my son a sucker when he was getting agitated with the hair dropping in his eyes. photo of what I requested vs what we got. The facility itself was beautifully maintained, clean and bright. Very professional looking. However there was no music or anything, you could hear a ...pin drop there. Not a very welcoming atmosphere. However who ever helped me barely said a word to me. Just pointed at a chair as soon as I walked in, didn't even say hello or shake my hand. They asked maybe 2 questions about my cut / style. The entire cut not a word was spoken except to ask if the cut was ok. I just said yes because I wanted to leave at that point. I wanted a bit more done to my beard but was afraid communicating it to them was not going to work. The cut itself, while very clean and done nicely, seemed very unprofessional. No product offered after my cut was done to style, no back of neck trimming, worst of all was the beard shave. No hot towel to loosen the skin, no lotion or cream for the shave, just WATER. Only WATER to run the razor against!? It made the cut feel very rough and a little painful. No aftershave offered or anything. They may be very good at cuts there, but I feel the "barber" aspect of this place has been overlooked. Not a good experience and will not go back. Show more
