Sammy was late to the appointment. 45 minutes late. Honestly I should have left at that point. My hair was at shoulder length. I asked for low lights,... face framing layers, and long layers. The whole process took 7 hours & she charged me $460. I have never sat in a chair for that long with this hair length let alone pay THAT much.

I do want to clarify that we discussed taking a level two dark brown to a platinum ashy partial highlighted look per your inspo photo, and we did complete your beautiful face frame & long layers.
