Hi, thank you for your feedback. As I mentioned before, I asked you to come back so I could fix your lashes. You told me that you would prefer a refund instead. I understand that sometimes a lash lift may not work as expected, which is why I offered to correct it free of charge within 24 hours. However, you said you didn’t want me to fix them. A lash lift is only meant to curl and lift your natural lashes. It does not cause lashes to break or fall out. Also, after a lash tint, it’s normal for the lashes to appear a little darker because that’s what the tint is designed to do. I’m sorry that you’re disappointed with the results, and I genuinely tried to resolve the situation by offering a complimentary correction.
