First thing is first, i was on my way, on time to my appointment and i get a text from him saying where are you? Told him i was omw and would be there... mins before the appointment. Told me he had a friend he wanted to cut and if i wasn't there he was going to take him. I showed up like 2-3 mins after this text. No one was there and no one came after. He told me this only to speculate that he was in a rush and wanted to leave because there was no evidence of other friends at any time. Cut my beard wrong. It was a simple shape up. This might be a booksy thing but the app said a price and then he told me that was not the price and charged me more for the cut. Said that was a first time cut price but I rebooked thru the app and I would think the app would pick up that I'm a returning client. Overall, I didn't like to be rushed, lied to and have a subpar cut. Not a great experience from that barber. Show more
