As soon as she started, I had a flashback to when my Aunt and Mom used to ask me to scratch and grease their scalps. They would often doze off from how soothing it felt, while I just enjoyed playing in their hair. Now I completely understand why they loved it so much β€” head tilted back, eyes closed, arms and legs crossed… It’s a level of relaxation I didn’t even know I needed until I experienced it.
