This ensures your spot is confirmed and your details are accurate. PLEASE be sure to book ACCORDINGLY, once your appointment is booked there will be NO CHANGES to your appointment. DEPOSITS / PAYMENTS & TIPS A NON- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required at the time of booking for your appointment to be confirmed. The remaining balance for your service MUST be paid at your appointment. When booking online, there is an option to add a tip. PLEASE DO NOT leave a tip thinking it will cover your remaining balance — tips are SEPARATE and DO NOT count toward the service cost. REMAINING BALANCES can be paid with Debit/ Credit Card, Cash, and Tap to pay, Apple pay, Cashapp. CANCELLATIONS/ RESCHEDULES/ NO SHOWS Cancellations or reschedules MUST be made AT LEAST 24 hours in ADVANCE. NEW clients: A NO-SHOW will result in an AUTOMATIC BAN. REGULAR clients: After TWO NO-SHOWS, your account will be AUTOMATICALLY BANNED. LATE POLICY & LATE FEES There is a 10-minute GRACE PERIOD for late arrivals. Arriving MORE than 10 minutes LATE will incur a $15 LATE FEE. Arriving MORE than 15 minutes LATE will result in the appointment being CANCELLED. Clients who are late to appointments MORE than 3 times will be AUTOMATICALLY BANNED.
