Hana provided great customer service and took me through the steps to find my right shade of eyebrow tint. Her work is pretty good. Although she was s...weet, I didn’t like that the studio was not clean. The disposable sheet on the table was not new and strands of hair from a previous client. Not to mention ants, too. Additionally, there was an event for one of the plaza’s stores, resulting in no parking. This was out of Hana’s control of course, but an inconvenience nevertheless. Show more
