Usually I have no issues. However, this time my appointment was made and confirmed for 1:00 - 3:30pm for a traditional sew in. Waited an hour and a ha...lf and decided to leave to make another appointment on time because there was still no idea on when she would start. This was highly upsetting and disappointing because I return to work after being on maternity leave and will have a hectic schedule after today. I still do not have my hair done and there was no form of accommodation or rescheduling offered. I am currently looking for another stylist who can possibly fit me in early morning. Show more
