I booked online, there was plenty of availability with any available barber. I got there ahead of time. I don’t know if I was profiled or anything (yo...unger crowd), but I was told there was no more availability for the day, to come back another day. I had no problem with that, other places will get my business. If these guys don’t learn to act professional - or fix their booking site on Booksy - I think they may have some issues along the line though. One can have the “best haircut in OC” but if one doesn’t honor their own bookings, the uncertainty is too high. Lost first time customer. Show more
