You showed me a reference for the blowout you wanted, and throughout the service I worked based on that reference while also using my professional judgment to create a clean, blended result. I understand that you felt the cut was taken higher than you preferred, and I apologized for the misunderstanding. Even when the conversation became tense, I continued treating you with respect and professionalism and made every effort to address your concerns.
