As someone who doesn’t like change or trying new hairstyles/hairstylists, I was skeptical of the outcome; I was also nearly 30 minutes late to my appointment, which only made me more nervous and anxious. Felicia was warm, welcoming, and understanding the moment I walked in; she kept me abreast of each process and made sure I liked her first completed braid prior to continuing, while listening to an amazing playlist and conversing the entire time. Felicia’s parts are straight, making the style extremely neat and polished; most importantly, Felicia’s style of braiding was easy to tolerate, which’s very important to me as a ‘tender-headed’ woman. All in all, I’m very satisfied with my hair and could see visiting Felicia in the future; I’ve already recommended her to coworkers and Queens of my YouTube channel! My hair’s 3 weeks old and doesn’t show it at all; she even added glitter to my hair, which I loveeeee.

I had such a greattt experience with Felicia. This was my first time getting braids and she communicated with me the whole way through explaining what she was doing. She made me feel really comfortable. You can tell this is her passion just by how she makes sure the braids, the part and even the hair is perfect. We talked the whole time and it honestly made time fly by. Already planning my faux lox’s with her 💗

Very professional. Communication at its best. I walked in. I sat down we discussed my stlye and she went to work. 45 minutes later I was finished. Happy and out the door. NOT TO MENTION THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

She’s very unprofessional! My first appointment with her she never showed up. Her co worker shared with me that she went out the night before and could of forgotten about my appointment. She text my phone a hour later saying she’s on her way, when I already left. No apology was given to me at all. My second appointment with her, she text me 30 minutes prior stating something came up. She is very unprofessional and have low quality in doing business. She doesn’t even deserve 1 star, this lady is absolutely HORRIBLE!
