My daughter never got her hair done bc the lady triple booked clients at the same time and sent us away, even after confirming the appointment time da...ys prior, and coming later than the appointment time at her request bc her first appointment ran longer than expected. Now we’re left last minute before Christmas unable to find anyone with open appointments to braid my daughter’s hair. Incredibly frustrating on our end and my daughter is very disappointed she won’t be getting her hair done for Christmas this year. Show more

She is not on her phone the whole time and the music and tv stuff on were work place appropriate. I love the service and she will be doing my moving forward and for my wedding. Show more
