I have been loyal customer for the last 4 years but Every time I go there it's different hair Braiders in the shop; don't do a good job. I want the ow...ner to do my hair I am very open I was willing to waiting until DeeDee have an opening no matter the wait even up to weeks from now it didn't matter . I love the way DeeDee do hair braiding.So DeeDee insisted to let other Braider do my hair so I did and she gave me big parts with little Senegalese's twist. I told DeeDee I didn't like it I will just wait until she was available to do my hair in the upcoming days or weeks . But since I didn't want the other Braider to finish my hair. I was told I could go somewhere else. So the Woman proceed to cut the braids out my hair and take it down . At this point I was totally in disbelief; I was shock!!!!!And that what I did I found another very professional hair braiding shop call African braids by Cryst in Calumet city. And the drive was well worth it. So u lost a loyal customer!!!!!! I will spend my Money where I am Appreciate.

I just had surgery so I didn’t want to go all the way to Joliet so I tried where I live at So my appointment was at 9:30 tell me why I was out of ther...e by 12:30 so that tell you right there my hair is not right when she came out with that cigarette lighter I knew my hair wasn’t right I got knotless braids. The parts is bigger then the braids I would post a picture but I’m too A shame they changed me $220 I gave the lady $200 in cash I told her I was going to cash app the rest but she told me I was ok they ran out behind me cause the owner realized I only gave her $200 should’ve been running behind me to give me some of my money back but I don’t fuss with black own business I just pay and won’t go back don’t get me wrong some of them do know how to braids but not the ones who braided my hair.

Good day,<br>ATTN!! Please read this.<br>I had an appointment at this location for locs retwist, and I provided instructions on the services that I pa...id for. Ms. Veronica (Lady V)- Veronica's house of Glamour did a horrible job, Lady V didn't provide the services I paid, I was rushed to leave and rushed from under the hairdryer<br>I got the services on 04/23/2024, from that point until NOW/TODAY my scalp has been itching badly and burning, I have had locs for 8 years never ever before experienced my scalp burning and itching, I tried reporting my horrible experiences in details to the owner of this location, She/Deedee cursed me, she became irate and disrespectful that I had to hang up on her, Deedee I'm a black American I was born here, you will respect me Ma'am. Prior to that horrible customer experience, I gotyelledl at and cursed at by the stylist Veronica (Lady V) over the phone. God is my witness. Not only were the services extremely bad, but the customer services were beyond horrible. Y'all what's saddens me about this horrible customer experiences is that it's another sistah/A black woman who is a stylist, it's the norm of Chicago and the surrounding suburbs of Chicago, I'm not normal. You both will be held accountable for your lack of care, concern, dignity, and respect. Shame on the owner and the stylist Veronica. You can't go around and treat people poorly, especially me. I'm one of God's favorite spiritual beings, Amen. 😊
