Hey Sarah, I want to provide clarity on this appointment. I was told you arrived around 12:15, which was before the scheduled start time of 12:30, and left at 12:30. At 12:15, one of my co-workers called me and communicated to you that I was on the way. I arrived at 12:34 just 4 minutes after the appointment time. While I understand even a few minutes can feel inconvenient, this was not a no-show. I do take accountability for not directly communicating that I was running a few minutes behind, and I’ll make sure to be clearer with clients moving forward. I respect your feedback, but I also want it to be known that I was present for this appointment within minutes of the scheduled time.
